Experience our estate winery in Portola Valley. We are conveniently located where the mountains meet the bay, just ten minutes from Stanford University and easily accessible from San Francisco to San Jose. Our spacious yet intimate tasting room offers a wonderful ambiance, delicious small bites, artisanal wines of place, and personalized experience. Reservations are required and same day reservations are often available.

Food

We offer seasonal, chef’s choice, small bites to complement your wine tasting. See an example menu here. No outside food is permitted. To ensure provision, please pre-order when making your reservation by selecting ‘Optional Extras’. Same-day food orders may not be available.

Private Gatherings

Neely offers a wonderful location for personal and professional gatherings of up to 45 people. To inquire about hosting a private gathering at Neely, complete this form.

Children and Families

On Saturdays, children are welcome between 11:00am-1:30pm with the latest reservation at 12:30pm. Other days, children are welcome anytime, though we ask their adults to manage them so as to not disturb other guests with noise. When making a reservation, please let us know how many children are in your party and their ages.

Dogs

We welcome well-behaved dogs on leash, but preferably not too many at once. When making your reservation, please let us know if your party includes a dog and what size.

Members

We love our Members! Neely Club Members enjoy a number of complimentary tastings per Release. Unused complimentary Member Tastings do not roll into the next Release to accumulate. The next (2025 Fall) Release is October 24th.

Estate Tasting

Enjoy five wines from our estate-vineyards in this ~90 minute seated tasting for up to eight adults.

One tasting fee is complimentary with $100 wine purchase. Two tasting fees complimentary with Wine Club sign-up.

To guarantee provision of food, please pre-order. Same day orders may not be available.

Large Group Tasting Experience

For groups of up to 14 people, we offer a 2.5 hour experience that includes six estate wines, a dedicated host, a vineyard tour, and ample small plates for sharing and pairing.

Perfect for a business, social, and celebratory gatherings.

$95 per person

Vineyard Hike & Winery Tour

We offer a Vineyard Hike & Winery Tour every Saturday at 10:30am.

In this ~90 minute experience, take a deep dive into the Neely estate, vineyards, and winery. Start at the Tasting Barn, hike through vineyards and forest up to the winery, discussing farming, natural history, and more. Enjoy a tour of the winery production facility and the bucolic vistas. Walk back down to the Tasting Barn, seeing more of the vineyard and views. Hike is 3/4 mile each way, with a 200' elevation gain.

We recommend booking an Estate Tasting with Small Bites to start 90 minutes after the hike begins. For the 10:30am hike, that would be 12noon.
