Age Requirements
This Site is intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By accessing the Site or purchasing alcoholic beverages from Neely Wine, you represent that you are at least 21 years old.
Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased by and delivered to persons who are legally permitted to purchase and receive alcohol. An adult of legal drinking age may be required to provide valid identification and a signature upon delivery.
Purchases and Availability
All wine purchases are subject to availability and applicable federal, state, and local laws. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, correct pricing or product information, or discontinue products at any time.
Prices, vintages, availability, shipping options, and other product information are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and Delivery
Wine may only be shipped to jurisdictions where Neely Wine is legally permitted to sell and ship alcoholic beverages. Available shipping destinations and methods may change based on applicable laws and carrier restrictions.
An adult of legal drinking age must be available to accept shipments where required. Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address and for any costs associated with returned or redelivered shipments resulting from unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Club Membership
Participation in the Neely Club is subject to the membership terms presented at enrollment, including applicable release commitments, pricing, shipping charges, discounts, benefits, and cancellation policies.
By joining the Club, you authorize Neely Wine to charge the payment method associated with your membership for scheduled releases and applicable taxes and shipping charges, consistent with the membership terms disclosed at enrollment.
Club offerings, benefits, allocations, events, and other privileges may change from time to time.
Reservations and Events
Tastings, vineyard experiences, private gatherings, release parties, and other events may be subject to separate reservation requirements, fees, cancellation policies, age restrictions, and other terms presented at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel experiences or events when reasonably necessary.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this Site—including text, photography, graphics, logos, artwork, video, design elements, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Neely Wine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Site content may be viewed and used for personal, noncommercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Neely Wine or the applicable rights holder.
