Of all our Pinot Noirs, Picnic Block is the textural standout. Its darker fruit profile is potently perfumed, laden with tea and spice cabinet aromatics like sumac and coriander. The palate is supple and concentrated with rich qualities of fig, membrillo, and cured meats, like the whole charcuterie board. Mid-palate texture is the star here, velvety like a ribbon—polished and elegant, without being weighty or dense.
