2018 Amphitheater Block Chardonnay
Intense in its aromatics, the nose is stuffed with aromas of brioche, quince paste, lemon cream pie, and barely ripe apricot. On the palate, broad flavors of red apple, chamomile, and a hint of pink peppercorn shine while the long finish carries a thread of vanilla crème. Simultaneously generous yet with its refreshing acidity, this wine will continue to develop in the bottle.
