2023 Block Verde Grüner Veltliner

Typical for the variety, its pale lemon hue alludes to the aromas of Asian pear and tinned pineapple. Flavors of white pepper, quintessential for grüner, compliment flavors of crunchy nectarine. The finish shows the slightest influence of sur lie aging with a touch of Britannia biscuit. Zingy acidity and phenolic grip through the finish beg for food.
