On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with zingy acidity and concentrated flavors of crunchy white nectarine, grilled pineapple, brioche, and a touch of dried coconut on the lengthy finish. Pair with Vietnamese-inspired caramel chicken thighs or pasta carbonara.
